Roland Geisberger, Chef at Europa Stüberl, gladly utilises the seasonal array of available foodstuffs during the arrangement of his delicious creations.
Asparagus, game, local beef and vegetables are regularly accepted in his exquisite regional cuisine. Geisberger additionally convinces with international dishes which provide culinary highlights on the plates of his guests in a manner suitable with the seasonal environment.

Renovations: From 17th July till 15th August 2011 our restaurant "Europa Stüberl" remains closed due to adaptations in the back of the house. During the closing period we will be delighted to serve you seasonal dishes daily in our historical baroque hall. You can find more information here.
