Sauna
Our relaxation area features 1 Finnish sauna, 1 steam bath, 1 infrared cabin and an adjacent quiet room. For uninterrupted sauna use we recommend our two private saunas (Finnish sauna & steam bath). During the winter season, we heat all saunas and steam baths for you every day from 4.00 pm. In the summer, we kindly ask you to provide notice for a warming-up time of approx. 30 minutes.

Massage
We also offer massages in the undisturbed environment of your room. Our staff at reception will be happy to arrange an appointment for you. Please book at least 12 hours in advance.

Fitness
Adjacent to our sauna area there is a small gym with 4 exercise machines, 2 rowing machines, 1 cross trainer and a rowing machine at your disposal. Thanks to our agreement with Innsbruck’s popular fitness studio “Happy Fitness”, guests looking for a more intense workout can make use of their nearby facilities at discounted day rates.
